Wild About Shapes

10402957_10153077595090446_638979088071290394_nA clever and inventive series of layers and random shapes that are magically transformed into well known animals at the turn of a page.

Brilliantly bold block colour and transparent acetate pages make for a truly interactive and rather tactile book, that all ages will enjoy.

It’s abundantly evident that Jérémie Fischer has a screen printing background and his expertise shines through this book from start to finish.

Younger readers will delight in turning the pages back and forth to reveal the secrets masked within each page.

With the clever use of playful language, it encourages the reader to turn the pages with caution and trepidation to reveal what might be lurking overleaf.

This is a truly insightful and well-engineered introduction to colour, shape and animals for the younger reader, but also a technically brilliant piece of artwork that adults too will appreciate.

Another stunning book from those Flying Eye peeps and one that will stand the test of time.

With its ring bound cover and sturdy pages, this book is crying out to be handled over and over again, by even the smallest of hands.
